2025-04-25 — Juan Salinas and Weston did a fantastic job today! I needed my condenser unit pad replaced since squirrels had chewed the front corners off. The newly installed pad also needed to be leveled because of rainwater soil erosion under the old pad. They also cleaned and tuned my condenser unit. When Juan and Weston were done, it looked like I had a brand new unit! I am very happy with Juan’s expertise, thoroughness, and the quality of his and Weston’s work, and I will definitely call on Dipple again.

Juan was outstanding. He came to see what was wrong with my unit. He checked it out and it didn't have any freon. He called me and told me what it would cost to move forward. The price was a shocker. I told him to go ahead and move forward. He found the issue and fixed it. I got home while he was still here. He told me he had gotten the price cut in half for part of the service, so that was a relief. Anyway, the end result was, the unit was fixed and he checked a couple of other things and I was extremely satisfied. The service he provided should be the way every company should provide service. If I have any other issues, I will be requesting Juan!
