Billy West came to my mother’s house to repair a leaky toilet. He was very personable and we felt very comfortable with him. He talked us through the problem and our choices to repair or put a bandaid on it.
We had seen several plumbers about the problem, but they wanted to tear out part of the wall. We obviously didn’t want that. Billy fixed the problem without major problems.

We talked to him about the cast iron pipes, too. He came back today to take them out and replace with PVC.

We bought a built-in oven. The installer came out to install the oven. He told us he couldn’t hook it up with the breaker being changed to a 50-amp breaker. We had no idea of any electrician to call. He recommended Champion to us. We called Champion. Mark came out to change the breaker. We got Mark to give us a quote on putting multiple plugs in the carport and running power out to the garage in the back of the house. Mark sold us on this company. Yesterday Mark did the electrical. The day before, another employee came out and installed a new hot water heater. We would recommend this company to everyone.
